Some pics of tulips just about done and a few other perennials growing in the nursery beds.
Helped get the dahlias out of the shed and up to the nursery for splitting. Also helped Moreen sifting compost and filling up the bins.

Update from Alan
Arrived 13:00. Kelly, Moeen, Brian H., Linda, Janis C., Patty W., Duncan N., all showed over the course of the afternoon. Kelly worked on block F and everyone else started weed bashing in Block G - for the ‘Three Sisters Garden’ (Corn, Beans and Squash). Brian joined Moeen sifting compost to fill up the raised box beds and then joined me to bring all the remaining over-wintered tubers from the milk parlour and stack them in the pot storage shed. Divided some dahlias. String trimming block edges. Locked up at 18:00

I found this bumble bee drowning in a deep bucket of rain water this morning. It must have been there for a couple of days. It appeared very lethargic and had a lot of sludge on its abdomen so I dumped it out on the grass in the warm sunshine. It stayed there for a few hours drying its wings and cleaning its body and at the end of my day, it was gone. Yeah!
