Went up this morning at 9am and stayed until 1pm.
Weeded one of the elliptical beds at front sign. It will need to be sprayed for thistles. Phyllis was up in the AM (as always) working in the Wedding Garden. Spoke with her for abit before heading to nursery. Went into nursery after that and continued working on peony beds weeded bed # 2 and 3/4 of bed #3, mulched #2 and 1/2 of #3.



Set up structure for raspberries in bed #2 and put up metal fences at end of bed #1 and #2. The wind was extreme, earmuffs, hat - that definately needed to be tied on to my head, maybe glued would have worked better. When I got home my face was sooooo red from the wind. I needed to put a cool cloth to slow the burning and then oitment to settle it all down. It will feel better tomorrow for sure.
Linda arrived this morning in the nursery and after a quick hello and catch up she headed off to finish what Alan had assigned to her the day before. She left about 12:30pm.
