I came to PTG in the afternoon. Found the gate wide open and unlocked. No-one around. Fair is in full swing, with the rides going, and major activity in the buildings. Parking lots are already busy and the weather looks like it will give them a good year.
I planted 26 peony roots. Two from my garden and 24 through the CPS. We will definately require mulch and because the forecast calls for rain on Monday this will help with moisture. Spent 2 hours planting, weeding and recording.
Alan showed up with Mitch. He had been to the Registration building to find out about the gate. He had found the gate completey open and off the hinge the other day. They will look into it and have it corrected immediately.
