Class #3. We are discussing soil and fertilizers.
I always find the beginning of this class a little slow, but, once Alan starts talking about the beginnings it becomes fascinating and interesting. He then switches over to very interesting topics with samples of soil and sand.

Coarse sand for example is not the play sand you buy for the kids play box. When adding coarse sand to your garden make sure it has large bits of stone in it and buy from a nursery or aggregate supplier. One of many things we learned about the planet and what our garden needs.
