An innovation this year is the chalk board and the white board on the side of the shed in the nursery garden. The chalk board is used for general messages and for recording daily hours, and the white board has a running total of hours for the year for everyone who comes to the garden. If you are at the garden and for some reason I’m not there, make sure you chalk up your time in and time out so you can be credited accordingly. We did a couple of emails last year with the running totals so that people could keep up with their hours. It has been suggested that we put out the list more often so that individuals know where they are with their 16 hour commitment.

I’ll try to get a list out at the end of each accounting month. For year-to-year comparison purposes, PTG’s month end is the last Sunday of the month so for May it is today, the 30th.
