What a great second class. Everyone seemed truly interested and intrigued by concepts presented about shovels and spade. What do we use them for? Why are so many types made? How do I know which one to use? The questions were endless. Alan didn't cover a lot of the topics slated for discussion, but, they will come up somewhere in the classes.
We had a slide show featuring photos from books on inappropriate attire when working in the garden. By the end students were picking up on things we didn't need to point out. It was very interesting.
The great thing about being at these classes each year is you always learn something new or see something not seen before. Classes always have something unique and never seen in other classes. Can't wait for the next class.
