Alex put in his community service time at the gardens. He spent several hours everyday or so during the summer pulling weeds, digging dirt, pushing a wheelbarrow full of compost or mulch for the paths, watering the crops and picking tomatoes. The crops were donated to Knights Table in Brampton.
