08:30 arrived at corner bed. Ran mower around bed and string trimmed. Main sign area grass too short to cut, but string trimmed edges, same for beds in front of main building. Wedding garden grass quite long and almost lush in places, pity there are so many weeds. Mowed at 4.5" and string trimmed edges. Dug weeds from parking lot end of northwest bed, and discovered a rather pretty white and pink Phlox paniculata, origin unknown, growing in a raggedy patch of Physostegia virginiana. Sheer luck that it didn’t get pulled out when the bed was worked on earlier.
