When should you start your tomatoe seeds?

Tomatoes should be started 8 to 10 weeks from your last frost date. In Brampton the last frost date is May 9. The range depends on the type of tomatoe you want to grow. The back of the packages usually give you a time to start your seed indoors.

This year my tomatoe plantings consist of : Mini tomatoes - Zebra, Yellow Pear, Black Cherry, Gardener's Delight, Patio Orange, Lollipop Christmas Grape, Cheesemanni and Chiapas Wild.
